Director of Food and Nutrition Services
Regina Trujillo was educated at Hunter College in Manhattan and Brigham and Women’s Hospital (a Harvard teaching hospital in Boston, MA). She has been a Registered Dietitian with 25 years experience providing nutritional care as a clinical nutrition manager or food service director in the long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting. She has extensive experience providing medical nutrition therapy for renal dialysis, cardiac, burn, cancer, and neurosurgical patients. While Regina is a native New Yorker, she has lived in multiple states in the USA, including New Mexico. She loves working with adults and older adults who come from diverse cultural backgrounds, striving to support their nutritional needs and wellness.
